Every soul needs a different approach and my treatments reflect this. You'll always receive reiki but I may start with a mini cacao ceremony to open the heart chakra

I intuitively hand pick crystals to power up your healing

We'll do a mediation to clear the mind and soul to allow deeper healing

We may do some breathing exercises or light movement to encourage stagnant energy to move

I have sound healing tools that I may use, I'm enjoying learning how sound impacts healing

You'll be invited to journal pre and post healing to reflect on your experience

I work with essential oils, i'll bespoke a mix for you to compliment your reiki/Indian head massage

But most importantly, I'll explain each step so you can let me know if you have any sensitivities to touch, sound or smells. My main priority is to make you feel safe and comfortable ❤️

Another uplifting weekend ladies retreat, met some fabulous new ladies and reconnected with ladies from Mana23!

From Sound baths, cacao ceremony, celestial chanting, connecting with mother nature, tarot and angel cards, nutrition talks, learning about Ganesh, laughing and crying in equal measures, sunset rave and Sunday morning pj rave and the most amazing food!

I had a shower in nature, came home with a new cacao cup and lots of fabulous memories!
