In order to help celebrate my mums 75th birthday, I’m not at work the next week as I’m helping her with her bucket list and going to the beautiful city of krakow with her
I will be back in the uk and responding to messages from Saturday 20th sept and in clinic from Monday 22nd

Even slippers can mould your feet into a shape that narrows the toe box which, in turn, leads to less natural balance and also can result in corns and ingrown toenails as well as bunions
Let your feet do what they’re supposed to do and aim to be barefoot in your own home and garden 👣👣

Need I say more? Any old skin moisturiser will do for the skin on your feet - even that tub on the bargain aisle of the supermarket!!

5 years ago today, in the midst of the pandemic, I opened the doors to the foot care studio
