Are you ever unsure what to book? Most of my followers are big fans of deep tissue massage but curious to know about manual lymphatic drainage and the truth is these treatments could not be further apart in similarity. Where deep tissue aims to release tension from deep within the muscle, lymphatic drainage aims to reduce swelling/bloating from under the surface of the skin. Depending on what you want from your treatment should influence what you pick. As always my inbox is always open should you require any more information 😊
