Apologies if it sometimes takes a little time for me to reply to messages on here and text, the business is literally just me - no receptionist or admin assistant so with me spending most of my time with hands covered in oil it's hard to answer the phone.

This is why we have the online booking system so that at any time of day or night you can log on and see what appointments are available and book them right there and then.

Why did I get into this job ?

What feels like a life time ago I left my job in insurance to go and play some beer money Rugby in Australia. In my very first training session I picked up a fairly bad inversion sprain and spent my first few weeks with the club physio.

Keen to get playing asap I invested a lot of time into finding out more about injury management.

When I came back to the UK I decided that office work wasn’t for me and re trained.

Since then I’ve owned small gyms , injury clinics , personal training studios and now after Covid I work from our home based treatment room and still just as passionate about helping you recover from or avoid injury.
