Acupressure Mats 👀

If you’ve been in to the clinic a few times you’ve probably heard me mention my “shakti” Mat or acupressure mat.

As someone that’s suffered with back pain a long time and an overactive brain I’ve used it for quite some time to help with pain and sleep.
