Swan Holistic Therapies and Training Contact me on 07814 699 155 I have been a qualified Holistic Therapist since 1999, my work is to support people to lead a healthier more stress free life.

With everyone so busy it can lead to stress and tension. My aim is to help people on their journey to relieve the tension which has developed over time, in order for physical and emotional pain to be released, leaving a sense of new beginnings. My Hypnotherapy training was completed with The Academy of Clinical Medical Hypnosis Ltd and included completion of The Hypnotherapy Diploma, along with training in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certificate in Stress Management. I initially became interested in Holistic Therapies in 1997 when my son suffered from severe colic and here began my passion for therapies. Since then I have been continually improving my knowledge of Holistic Therapies. My work is with a vast range age range and as a qualified Relax Kids Coach.
