This month we took a stroll along the sea front and enjoyed some fish and chips, an ice cream and a stop at the pub for a refreshing pint.

Last month we had a 80s themed garden Party. Our residents, staff and families loved being in the sun shine, while dancing away to the DJ in the background.

One of our residents ensured that he gave all the care staff a hug and said "Thank you so much for looking after us, I have really enjoyed it today"

Two of our residents wanted to make the most of the glorious weather whilst remaining active. They thought what better way then to have a car wash!

This week Newsome's Funeral Directors invited us across to their care centre to learn about the home, the processes of end of life and the roles that they play at a very difficult time.

The care and compassion that they have was outstanding.

Thank you all for welcoming us, and taking the time to educate us, it was very informative.
