Let’s make a little healing potion together 🧙‍♀️✨
I recently had to cut back my beautiful eucalyptus tree 🌿😫 — my gorgeous Sunny had discovered it was the perfect little escape route!

But it got me thinking… rather than letting it go to waste, why not turn it into something healing and magical?

So today I’m creating my own eucalyptus-infused oils — one made from the leaves and another from the bark.
A little bit of nature, a little bit of patience, and a lot of love 🌿💫

There’s something so special about working with what the earth gives us and turning it into something nourishing.

I’ll let you know how the potions turn out… 🌱

Notes:
Eucalyptus oil has been known to work wonders on the body due to its somewhat endless benefits. It has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and pain-relieving properties, contains a natural antiseptic and acts as a natural insect repellent.

What a wonderful 9mile walk this afternoon with my dear friend Alison Hull. Exploring different paths today and came across a Honey Bee 🐝 Keeper attending his bees. (Little church lane, methley)
Had the most amazing chat with him and his wife. Plus bought some homemade honey to try.
Really Made our day 😊 🐝 🍯

No wonder we all don’t like ourselves 😓☹️

1st image I saw this morning was a bunch of beautiful people either looking physically fit, full makeup or even applying makeup, beautiful hair, gym rats, gorgeous outfits also a bunch of beautiful homes & places to escape too.

2nd image was me looking straight back at me…. No make-up, looking my worst (you get the picture 😂)

Thanks instagr@m for making me feel utterly sh*te about myself & my body even my life…
Well done Instagr@m, you’ve done your job amazingly this morning. Think 🤔 I’ll treat myself to some makeup, buy them butt lifting leggings and yes treat myself to an holiday cos then I’ll be happy about myself…

Thank goodness I see life from a different perspective nowadays. That was me until I rewired my mind.
what I actually saw in the 2nd image this morning was a beautiful middle aged woman who truly loves herself, and I thought, ‘hey Mary you’re looking well today,
Today is going to be a beautiful day’.

Learning to love oneself is the hardest but most rewarding thing you’ll ever do in your life. When you believe in your own self worth nothing or no one can ever make you feel bad about yourself.

Time to start loving yourself inside & out 🦋💞

Loki is helping me with my wild garden 🪴 While we potter around the garden this morning (with no shoes on) we’re are grounding ourselves, lowering stress levels and recharging our natural dopamine. Not only does this help me physically & mentally it is also pasted onto my morning clients, helping them to self regulate too.. Win Win….. 😻🦋

This amazed me….. For you that don’t know, I’m doing a little DIY project. I ended up hurting my hand and I just can’t believed how well I’ve healed. Within 2 days everything is healed & repaired. Showing me that my body is wholesome, physically & mentally ❤️‍🩹 Did is heal so well cos of my new lifestyle , wellness or cos of me giving facial treatments using my healing skin rejuvenating balm or the healing hands therapy? Honestly it will be everything. There’s no 1 magic pill. The mind, body and soul only rebalance itself by multiple factors….. ❤️‍🩹🦋
