At Signature Health we already have a lovely wee collaboration of local professionals within health and wellbeing, each person specialising in their own said topics and working separately but when our clients would benifit from something extra outwith our expertise we refer on where needed because networking is so important to enable us to take a full holistic approach to our health.

A passion for anatomy and everything that goes with it 🙌

Within Signature Health (and long before), curiosity got the better of me. What happens with our bodies and why. This desire for answers took me on my pathway to where i am now.

I love a challenge, more so when i don't know first hand, it will plague me until we find a solution

No matter how much we know, we always need to be open to learning more, experiencing more and to offer treatments that work we need to have encountered treatments that don't, and to know why they don't. Each client is individual, symptoms may be the same or similar, but cause may be the complete opposite.

This client has been round the houses with endless treatments that have not worked.

This is before and straight after a 45-minute treatment 🙌

We all love a visual, right??

Before photo-
We can see the scapula winging (right side) we can see the shoulder considerably raised (left side)

BUT we check, we don't guess

Mobility was poor, range of motion very uneven, strength unbalanced (of course, there's going to be with disfunction)

We check nerve pathways, always coming up through the shoulders we'd look for ear, eye, temple, head, jaw pain, (all of which were present) along with dizziness and an eye twitch.

We know with a pull and imbalance like this that there is most likely nerve impingement (which there was)

After photo-
Shoulders are level, neck is neutral (twist in the neck has gone), scapula is flat, mid back through the thoracic is balanced

Job done, follow up treatment for review 👌

I have decided going forward piercings will be a set day rather than just here and there as its much easier for me set up wise and more straightforward to arrange appointments. Having said this i will from now on be asking for a deposit to secure your space due to no shows (very annoying) as thats an appointment that someone else could have had.

You must be thinking its great for self-employed people to be sitting in the garden with a coffee at 10 am on a Thursday.....

Well not so much, you see, because i started work today at 9.15 am,
my first client was a no-show, 1 hour and 30 minutes of doing nothing...

This treatment would have been over £200,

I could have had another client booked in as i have a waiting list and I'm full for August,

So no wage for me, no sooner availability for other clients, and a no-show charge, plus stock sitter there thats been ordered in

Let me know how you get through your day/life getting to your appointments/meetings/schedule on time???

I'm genuinely baffled how why we can't self manage our time as adults

Amazing results 👏

client has struggled even with calorie deficit and excersize in place, we know that we can not spot reduce fat and volume just wasn't shifting from this area. Abdomen, hips and lower back.

We have used cryo over a 2 week period, taken before and after measurements and she has lost 2 inches circumstance measuring on the belly button and 2.5 inches measuring below belly button (widest points)

A big difference already in how her clothes fit.
She will carry on with healthy eating, excersize and lifestyle and we will continue with another course of cryo soon.

I briefly touched on this the other day, but to recap-

I will be supporting at the following events offering treatments again to help with any impairments participants have on the day to help them get the best 💪 🏃‍♂️ 🏋‍♂️

Caithness half marathon Sunday 31st aug

Caithness strongest man Sunday 7th Sep

Lochness marathon and 10k Sunday 28th Sep

If you are taking part of any of these, the POA is as follows-

I'll hopefully be able to allow for treatments to be around 10-15 minutes long (it'll be on first come first serve basis) this is enough time to concentrate on one particular muscle group intensely or a general maintenance/regenerative treatment on one area.

If you want to come and see me prior to the events for imbalances, impingements, poor ROM etc for prevention then please get intouch, also if you want a full MOT post event then best to book in advance.

Its been suggested that i ask for donations for any treatments, these won't be pocketed they will go towards regular fundraising i do for charities and are much appreciated 🤗

Some of the treatments listed won't be able to be 'on the day' treatments for various reasons, but im happy to do what i can 😊
