ty time with their clients, and encourage them to maintain their independence, by doing things together. Our care is person-centred and it is dynamic, we focus on assisting and supporting client's needs, and our CAREGivers will adapt what they do during each visit to meet their client's needs. Every day is different and we appreciate that. Our CAREGivers are selected for their maturity, compassion, empathy and caring nature; they receive comprehensive induction training and are fully vetted. We provide each client with the same regular CAREGivers, so that we build trust between the client, their family and ourselves. We always have a regular replacement CAREGiver available should the need arise and an introduction to new CAREGivers is always made in person by myself. We never send a stranger, we understand that your home is precious. A question I ask recruits during the recruitment process is "why do you feel you are the right person to care for someone else's mum?". Our CAREGivers are hand picked based on the type of person we would want to care our parents and loved ones. Every family needs freedom to relax in the knowledge that their loved ones are in great hands. We believe that staying at home provides our clients with greater autonomy, to live in their own home, where they want to be. I visit clients and family for an initial care consultation; we consider it is important to support all family members throughout this sometimes challenging journey. We are owned, managed and operated locally on the Isle of Man, employing and training CAREGivers who have a heart for caring for the elderly. Our team are all part-time, they visit a small number of clients each week, and we especially welcome employment applications from members of our community.
