Going no contact with these people does not stop the trauma bond based on your hard wired belief system and nervous system - but it is the ONLY way healing can begin. It is NOT giving up on someone - it is WISING UP. You must use your loving anger and authentic defiance to rip this open and be free. You can do this. I believe in you. ❤️‍🩹
