📣Pharmacy collection times for prescriptions
Please plan accordingly to allow 3 full working days before your prescription is ready for your nominated Pharmacy .

📣 The patient toilet at the practice will be out of service for the foreseeable next few weeks as it will need repairs . We apologise for the inconvenience.

There has been a significant rise in the number of patients attending the practice the same day as ordering prescriptions ,or the next morning. This is unrealistic and often causes upset to patients and staff alike.

Patients are responsible for ordering their repeat prescriptions in a timely way before they run out and can order medication online or by phone.

Please note our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.

📣When ordering prescriptions please allow minimum of 72 hours , not including weekends or bank holidays before collection.

📣 Check if and when your nominated pharmacy collects from the surgery as this must be factored into when ordering any community pharmacy prescription.

📣 For the Dispensary please allow 72 hours from time of ordering for collection.

**Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to put the phones onto the emergency mobile only for the remainder of the afternoon and we will only be able to deal with clinical emergencies only **

📣📣 please note we are short staffed tomorrow (Wed 19th March ) with only one GP on duty as well as limited admin staff so we will only be able to deal with urgent medical problems and the phones divert to the emergency mobile from 12.30pm.

‼️we are short staffed this week with only one GP on duty today and tomorrow and reduced admin staff therefore we can only deal with urgent medical queries.

‼️Please allow 72 hrs (not including weekends or bank holidays ) between ordering and collecting your prescription.

Please note if you wish to order your medication you can do so online , freeing up our phone lines for clinical matters.

☘️The surgery will be closed on Monday 17th March , reopening as normal on Tuesday 18th March , therefore please allow for this when ordering your repeat medications .

Due to staff illness we are severely understaffed today - we will divert to the emergency phone from 10am -11.30am and again from 12.30-2.30.

The Dispensary window is open 10-12 and 3-5 today

You are reminded you can order your prescriptions online which frees up our phones for clinical queries

Patients are reminded that they can order medications online and need to allow 72 hrs (3 working days ) before collecting their medicines . Please do not attempt to order medicines at the dispensary window.
