The Dispensary will be open Christmas Eve (Wed 24th) and New Years Eve (Wed 31st) until 1pm then close for the rest of the day.

The phones will divert to the on call mobile from 12.30pm until 6pm on both 24th Dec and 31st Dec for the most urgent clinical queries only.

📣This is to facilitate the drive thru Flu clinic which will be on Monday afternoon from 2pm onwards.

📣Pharmacy collection times for prescriptions
Please plan accordingly to allow 3 full working days before your prescription is ready for your nominated Pharmacy .

📣 The patient toilet at the practice will be out of service for the foreseeable next few weeks as it will need repairs . We apologise for the inconvenience.

There has been a significant rise in the number of patients attending the practice the same day as ordering prescriptions ,or the next morning. This is unrealistic and often causes upset to patients and staff alike.

Patients are responsible for ordering their repeat prescriptions in a timely way before they run out and can order medication online or by phone.

Please note our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.

📣When ordering prescriptions please allow minimum of 72 hours , not including weekends or bank holidays before collection.

📣 Check if and when your nominated pharmacy collects from the surgery as this must be factored into when ordering any community pharmacy prescription.

📣 For the Dispensary please allow 72 hours from time of ordering for collection.
