Smiles, singing and memories 🎶

Our residents had a wonderful afternoon with Karl, enjoying classic hits from the 60s and early 70s. From toe-tapping tunes to sing-along favourites, the music brought back so many happy memories 💙

Our residents had a lovely morning outing to Knights Garden Centre in Chelsham, having coffee and cake in the restaurant, and going for a walk round the centre.

Our residents enjoyed their fortnightly yoga session with Jane today, which includes gentle stretching movements, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and fostering self-awareness of body and movement.
