Our residents enjoyed their fortnightly yoga session with Jane today, which includes gentle stretching movements, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and fostering self-awareness of body and movement.

⭐Arrange outings for residents to local events
⭐Working closely with all team members
⭐Support with the creation of promotional material for up-and-coming events
⭐Discussing potential ideas for activities with residents
