World Earth Day happens tomorrow 🌎🌳

The day is about awareness of how we consume, create and contribute - focusing on those small, conscious choices with respect for land, water and air. When we tend to her with responsibility, we strengthen the field we all share. ❤️

In 1970, 20 million people mobilised! This became one of the largest public demonstrations in history and directly influenced the creation of many major environmental protections.

This beautiful planet is resilient. When supported with discipline and respect, natural can systems recalibrate while ecosystems are given space to recover and regenerate.

This session was a personal favourite for me, so that says a lot.

There were strong shifts in energy and spatial awareness around the pool, though our bodies remained deeply grounded and rested. On a level of personal experience I became fully absorbed and connected within the sounds and water, it was extremely liberating. (Thank you to the wonderful and receptive group of ladies who invited me).

So what was actually happening here?

When sound is introduced to water it moves through the body with greater continuity. The boundaries between internal and external experience begin to loosen.

Water has long been understood as a carrier of information and vibration. Across many traditions it is used in ritual and ceremony to support energetic transmission.

This is where sound work begins to move beyond relaxation into deeper regulation while opening up a greater awareness… and this can be a very special experience.

Vibroacoustics ❤️
Uses low frequency sound waves that convert into physical (mechanical) vibrations, allowing sound to pass through the body. These vibrations move into the tissues, gently stimulating the nervous system and creating a sense of grounding and steadiness.

Using a vibroacoustic chair takes this further by delivering sound through specific contact points. The frequencies move through the spine, muscles and nervous system, supporting a shift into lower brainwave states and helping the body move toward rest, repair and regulation.

At the Spring Equinox we met at the point of equal light and dark, marking the start of a new astrological year. During the sound bath we worked with this shift, setting intentions for renewal, stability and forward movement. As a group, we also held a clear intention and asked for world peace at this new beginning.

Thank you to 8 Flames for the exceptional crystal grid at the centre of the space, and to Blissful Soul and Three Little Birds for bringing Reiki and sound throughout the session.

The session supported focus, steadiness and alignment with the season ahead. 💫

The Spring Equinox is a moment when day and night meet in equal measure. This sound journey supports a gentle attunement to the seasonal shift that begins at the equinox.

Three Little Birds, a Reiki Master, life coach and sound healer, will offer 1:1 Reiki during the sound session for those who wish to receive.

The event is hosted by sound healers Etheric Sound (Usui Reiki) and Blissful Soul (Tummo Reiki), who will align frequency and energy work within this calm, held space.

We will also be joined by our friends 8 Flames and Bushmann Innovation, offering a wide range of crystals, gemstone jewellery, and plant-based supplements and products.

March opens an eclipse portal that works on the nervous system as much as the mind. A total lunar eclipse in Virgo, Pisces waters and the Aries Equinox all sit in one month, bringing edits, endings and new beginnings close together.

This is a time for clearing habits that exhaust, listening to what the body is saying, and setting quiet but clear intentions for the next chapter.”

Think of March as an energetic audit: what stays, what goes, and what finally evolves into something more honest.

The great reset .. it somehow felt like that, a return from much heavier energy. Things came up to be released and people felt this in session.

The date carried weight with the Saturn / Neptune conjunction, a point of collective re imagining aligned to a transit that repeats every 36 years - (the collective shifts are already visible).

We came together to set new direction from a clean slate. The room was deeply relaxed, many slept, held inside their new intentions, returning to discuss altered states. 💫

The energy felt calm and clear, and that was needed. Thank you to for the majestic crystal grid, it did its job so well.

Will be back March 20th for the Spring Equinox Sound bath- that’s when we really come alive 💫 😁 more info to follow …

Join us for this deep reset sound bath as Saturn and Neptune conjunct on the World Axis - a significant event! Come rest and recharge with an afternoon of sound and frequency (2-3.30pm) @ Harestone Hall, Caterham Utd reformed church.
This rare alignment occurs at 0° Aries, the literal beginning of the zodiac, often associated with initiation, courage, and new direction. It opens a new 36-year Saturn–Neptune cycle, a long-wave signature that can coincide with collective turning points.

Opening the year with a quick trip to Marrakech… ❤️

Just loved the colours, incense, rugs, music and jewellery - Found myself following the sacred geometry line. I walked for hours in the Medina, visited its palaces and gardens, ate well and relaxed with a hammam spa.. 🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s so much more id have liked to have done in Morocco… but I’ll save that for my return 😁🇲🇦
