The limbic brain is at the centre of the body’s homeostatic regulation and altered Limbic processes underpin many of the complex disabling conditions, presented to us by our clients.

By incorporating Limbic reflex areas into our practice, we can influence these altered regulatory homeostatic processes

Limbic Reflexology Training follows a blended learning approach, with a mix of online learning and face to face and online coaching. The brain is complex and there will be a lot of unfamiliar information. The Limbic Reflexology Student Textbook, available from Amazon, gives you all the background information about the brain you will need.

Students should first enrol in Limbic Reflexology Online. This self paced study includes a series of video tutorials on identifying and working the 30+ Limbic reflex areas and explores the limbic brain’s involvement in a wide range of the problems that we encounter.

The online materials offer the advantage of being able to rewind and revisit tutorials to suit your pace of learning.

To complete the training, two submitted case studies are required. Detailed guidance is given on requirements for the case studies.

Once enrolled in Limbic Reflexology Online, students can book a place on any available face to face workshop where you can fine tune techniques and be assessed in the practical aspects.

Having completed the training, students will be confident in planning and delivering an appropriate treatment plan based on credible research, and using outcome measures, demonstrate the efficacy of interventions.
