Hello, my name is Lee Winchester and I am a Jing Method Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and a Level 5 Sports and Remedial soft tissue therapist. This means I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia and sporting injuries as well as many other conditions which might lead to loss of mobilit

y and a restriction in normal day to day activities. To achieve this, I use a range of safe and effective soft tissue massage techniques with the aim of reducing pain and increasing movement within a 1-6 week time scale. Your treatment will be a combination of proven techniques including fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching, massage, corrective exercise and tailored self-care. The aim is to work alongside you to take care of your physical and emotional needs with a caring listening touch. I have years of experience working with clients who have suffered pain and trauma some of whom I meet in desperate circumstances during my time with Macmillan Cancer Care. My work is especially important to me and you can be assured that this is reflected in the way I treat all my clients and friends.

Some times you just need to reconnect with the mother ship. Took a day off work on Tuesday and spent the day in the Jing institute course supporting a new batch of massage therapists starting their foundation training.
It felt good to be able to share my experiences and knowledge but even better to be around like minded, kind and inquiring people.
I need more of this right now.
