This client worked with me for over 12 months, she wanted to achieve a goal weight to feel comfortable in her own body and build confidence!

Once goal weight was achieved we moved into a healthy maintenance phase and held a manageable and sustainable weight. The training plan was achievable and realistic for a busy working Mum who also enjoyed her weekends and off plan meals.
