👋 I'M BACK! (Well, sort of!) Now I've got settled in and my feet under the table at my new job, I've got space for ONE MORE regular PT client. Based at My Wellness Hub-JFT Gym in Cleveleys, block booking discount available. Get in touch for days/times and prices 💕

It's the start of my last week tomorrow and i'm feeling sad to leave you all and the place that I put my heart and soul into for the last couple of years, but at the same time I'm proud of what we have all created here and hope to watch it continue to thrive from down the road at my new job... The members and instructors are all integral parts of what makes this such a great place to be and I have no doubt that it will continue to be a wonderful gym 🥰 thankyou to all of you for being a part of this, make sure you come to lots of my sessions this week too! Im bringing treats and taking music requests all week 👌

📣ANNOUNCEMENT📣
Now that members have been informed... From 1st June, My Wellness Hub will no longer be managed by me (Sarah). The good news is that Josh Ogara at JFT boxing and fitness will be taking on the premises and equipment, along with most of the fixtures and fittings (including Amelia, El, Becki and Soph 😃) Having spoken to Josh a lot about this, I know he is committed to keeping the same timetable of classes and instructors upstairs, as well as adding some new instructors to teach the classes I normally do. He is going to be coming in to some of the classes between now and June to say hello and answer any questions you may have as well as letting you know how you will be able to join (he is keeping membership prices the same.)
I hope you will support Josh and the current team in moving forward, and that you will come and see me in lots of classes between now and then so we can do some fabulous workouts before I go. I'm going to miss seeing you all everyday, you've been ace ❤️ Lots of love and gratitude, Sarah xx
