We are delighted to announce that following our recent inspection, our home has been awarded an overall GOOD rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) including a GOOD rating in all five key areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led. 👏

This achievement reflects the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our incredible team, who go above and beyond every day to provide high-quality care and support to the people who live here. It also reflects the warm, supportive community we are proud to share with our residents and their families.

Thank you to our staff for their commitment, to our residents for making our home such a special place, and to families for their continued trust and support. 💙

We will continue striving to provide the very best care and to make our home a place where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.

🌟 We’re Celebrating an Amazing Achievement! 🌟

We are absolutely delighted to share that following our recent NYCC inspection, our care home has achieved an incredible 97% result! 🎉

This outstanding outcome is a true reflection of our wonderful team, who work tirelessly every single day with compassion, dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to ensuring our residents are safe, happy, and exceptionally well cared for makes us so proud. 💙

A huge thank you to every member of staff for your hard work and unwavering dedication — this achievement belongs to you all!

But it’s not just inspections keeping us busy… This week has been full of smiles and creativity! 🌸

✨ Our residents have enjoyed:
• Painting beautiful flowers
• Baking delicious treats
• Completing arts and crafts
• Celebrating together at a lovely party
• Singing along with Rick Fry 🎶
• And many more fun and engaging activities!

It’s always wonderful to see our home filled with laughter, creativity, music and joy. Moments like these are what truly make our community so special.

🎨🎶 What a joyful week it’s been at Hillcrest Residential Home!

Our residents have been busy getting creative with arts and crafts, filling the home with colour, laughter, and a real sense of pride in their wonderful creations. Alongside that, we’ve enjoyed lots of singing and dancing — from favourite classics to toe-tapping tunes that had everyone smiling and moving along 💃🕺

Moments like these remind us how much happiness comes from creativity, music, and spending time together. Here’s to many more joyful days at Hillcrest! 💙✨

🎬 A Fun-Filled Week at Hillcrest Care Home! 🎉
Our residents have had a fantastic week packed with laughter, activities, and plenty of treats. Movie Night was a huge success popcorn with marshmallows and Hot chocolate went down an absolute storm!
🧩 We kept the fun going with puzzles and a variety of games that brought a lot of laughter and light hearted fun.
🎶 To top it all off, we ended the week on a high with singing and dancing led by the wonderful Rick Fry. The smiles were priceless and the energy was infectious.

🎄 Christmas Cheer at Our Home! 🎶

Today we were delighted to welcome the local church for a beautiful Christmas carol service. The residents absolutely loved it singing their hearts out to all the festive favourites!

A huge thank you to the church for bringing joy, music, and the real spirit of Christmas into our home. ✨❤️
