Hi everyone unfortunately I will need a deposit to secure all appointments and you will get the deposit back on the day or knocked off the balance, this also applies to vouchers and presents for people. I am sorry I have to ask this but I've had so many people cancel at last minute and haven't paid the deposit, which means i lose out and it's hard to fill those slots so late.
I'm so sorry if you feel this is unfair but I have a business to run too.
