This is me im Michelle and one club owners at Catterick Nutrition.
My journey wasnt always about weightloss yes I had gained some extra body fat that I didnt like or want, but my relationship with food was absolutely rubbish lived of baige carbs gave my kids veg but very rarly ate it myself. I would skip meals then binge eat on crisps and chocolate at night. Always tired and loved a good old nana nap in an afternoon.
Sound familiar to some?
Now i love food but know what foods to eat to maintain my size. I never miss a meal and eat 5-6 times a day and have more energy that I can handle some days lol.
I have maintained my size now for nearly 4 years. My plan now is all about a healthy balance in life and living my absolute best life.
If I can change my ways anyone can.
