It is time to say goodbye to Sole Sessions Reflexology. I am 'retiring' after more than 15 brilliant years! New adventures beckon and another chapter in life is beginning.

I would like to thank the many wonderful people who have come through my door and entrusted their feet to me. It has been a joy getting to know all of you and a privilege to help people in their own life journey. It really has been the most amazing job, although in truth, it has never really felt like work to me. It has always been so interesting, so varied and a lot of fun. And that's down to the fantastic people who share parts of their lives with me. Do please keep in touch! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to offer Reflexology - it's such a wonderful therapy.

I will be shutting this page down but will keep my Instagram account running. I will probably post more food and nutrition, crafting, books and, hopefully, a lot more travel content - more day to day stuff and less Reflexology. So please come on over there if that interests you. Otherwise, farewell and see you around!
