Top, easy tips for overwhelm/ exhaustion restoration.

People think that overcoming periods of intensity and stress need an excessive master plan to come back to centre when in fact, all we need to do is reach for the most basic human needs as tools.

Fresh air, sustanence, nature, the sun, community and rest are simple antidotes to stress in our modern world and can take the least effort.

If there’s something I’ve learnt, in the last year especially, sometimes less really is more.

Although things have been quiet on the teaching front, there’s been a great deal unfolding behind the scenes.

Teaching yoga remains my true calling, but these past few months have been a deep reset — a time of inner movement, dedicated self-practice, and growth in both skill and spirit. I’ve been weaving somatic movement and personal healing more fully into my own life, so that when I return, I can teach from a place of embodied truth and lived experience.

Sometimes stepping back is exactly what’s needed — to let your passion settle deeper within you, so that when it’s ready to rise again, it does so with greater authenticity and strength.

I’m not quite ready to step back into teaching just yet, but there are some beautiful projects quietly taking shape in the background, soon to be shared.

SOMATIC RESET WORKSHOP

Slow. Soften. Feel again.

This is a space to pause the noise, dissolve the tension, and return to the deep wisdom of your body.

In this two-hour somatic reset, we’ll gently unravel the layers of holding—physical, emotional, energetic—through:
• Slow, healing somatic movement
• Breathwork to regulate and restore
• Meditation to soothe and ground the nervous system

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about unlearning the patterns of bracing, rushing, and overriding.
It’s about softening the armour, hydrating your tissues, and feeling safe enough to let go.

You’ll leave with simple, powerful tools you can use daily—rituals of reconnection to help you meet yourself with presence and compassion.

What to bring:
• A yoga mat
• A blanket or shawl
• Water
• A cushion or bolster if you have one
• Comfortable layers for warmth and rest

Spaces are limited to keep the space intimate and nourishing.
