Wahey! Look what I FINALLY got round to making!! 😂

I picked up some honey roast salmon fillets reduced to clear in Aldi last night so they've gone in, with some grated carrot and courgette, and a few tomatoes.

A nice Saturday night treat, posh steak and chips with mushroom sauce, the second meal from my box this week!!
I've saved the fresh ingredients to make the second meal another night, rather than cook it all off and reheat.

Now for a nice quiet night in front of the TV while Storm Dave rages outside!!

The start of a brand new week, and I'm already winning!!

I had a box delivered yesterday and I've made my first meal.... Sea bream in fennel and caper sauce. I have a second portion for later in the week!
