Our accommodation comprises 3 double and 4 single lockable bedrooms. With a minimum booking of two nights, your rented room is exclusively yours for as long as you need it, whether this be days, weeks or months! For those working away from home, we strive to offer a 'home away from home', with fitted carpets, central heating, bed linen and towels and cleaning included. You also have full shared use of the remainder of the accommodation, including lounge, TV/DVD, well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, dining room, bathrooms, and patio garden area, as well as the free public car park at the rear of accommodation.​ We do not provide breakfast or meals but breakfast can be pre-ordered to pick up from the local deli and café. The accommodation is just metres from local amenities including 3 pubs, a newsagent/general store, a pharmacy, a cash machine, and a gym, plus cafes, village shops, and a fish and chips shop. The accommodation is also just 2 minutes from Cemeas Bay beach and scenic harbour. CONTRACTORS WELCOME!
