A nourishing pause in your busy life to restore body, calm the nervous system and prepare mindfully for birth and early parenthood.
What’s Included:
🌼 Welcome ritual with herbal tea and intention setting — arrive, settle in, and find your breath.
🤝 Time to connect in a reflective circle: meet other mums-to-be, be heard and share gently around pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
🤰 A gentle yoga practice to warm and ease the body, release tension and explore breathwork and positions that feel supportive for pregnancy and labour.
🧘 A deep restorative yoga session, using props (blankets, bolsters, pillows) to fully relax — supported by visualisations and a guided rest to embody calm and connection with your baby.
🍰 Finishing with delicious homemade cake, tea and cosy connection, and space to chat, reflect or ask questions.
I believe in the power of rest and mindfulness as essential preparation for birth and the early weeks after baby arrives. When we slow down and truly rest, we support our nervous system and immune system — sending the message to the body that all is well. This not only feels nourishing but can help foster a calmer mind and positive mindset for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
