Join me for a short mum and baby yoga course starting next Tuesday for 3 weeks. As this runs through part of the summer holidays you are welcome to bring your older child with you too.

My mum and baby yoga courses are designed to support you mentally and physically through those early weeks and months after birth all the way up until your baby is on the move. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c-section until your baby is fully on the move.

This Friday at 7-9pm Restorative Yoga Workshop at Energy for Life. Booking in link above.
I run these monthly and they are open to everyone, no experience necessary.
We’ll spend time gently warming up the body, exploring somatic movement and then a series of restorative yoga poses. These tend to be held between 5-20 minutes. The whole purpose is to give your body and mind the deep rest it needs to thrive. Listening in to your body and honouring what it needs. Shifting from doing to being. Shift from fight or flight to rest and digest.

A weekend retreat of restorative yoga,
meditation, creativity, sound and breathwork to help you learn tools to slow down and de-stress.

Come join us to unplug from technology and responsibilities and enjoy making time for self care and nourishment.

All activities are optional but are carefully planned to offer you ways to experience deep rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Set in the inspiring location of Florence House right on the edge of the Sussex coast in Seaford.

There will be time to enjoy your natural surroundings for walks, sea swims or just enjoying the views. Open to all from complete beginners to experienced yogis.

The aim is to help you feel deeply relaxed, calm your nervous system and make mental headspace. We hope you can join our wonderful group.

Clair Edwards Yoga

I am a yoga teacher with a specialism in restorative, women's, pregnancy and postnatal yoga. I have over 200hrs training and have been teaching for the last 5 years. Over time I have realised how much people are looking forward to the savasana and nidra (yogic sleep) at the end of each class. I have come to understand that rest and restorative yoga is what a lot of people need, especially when we live a society that is constantly on and where we spend too much time being overstimulated by technology and remain in a state of fight or flight instead of rest and digest. I am interested in offering a yoga practice that allows us to re-connect to our breath and body and allows our brains and bodies the chance to recover and to embrace the art of going slow. Restorative yoga workshops are open to everyone, any age, gender, level of fitness. Perfect accompaniment to a more dynamic practise, to allow your body to repair and recover or for those who are looking to de-stress or heal. I look forward to welcoming you in my workshops.
