It was amazing last month when we ran our bowling and boccia session to then be show a true bowling champions medals and also pick up some insider bowling tips.

As it’s been a month of receiving trophies for our ball skills with rise, our lovely resident G also shared a collection of some of his medals. And what a collection it is 👏🏼

A great session this week with Offington Park Care Home We had the Lemons and Limes against each other with some strong netball moves and some basketball slam dunks! Great teams and staff support - thank you for making it fun. 🏀⛹️‍♀️🏆

We loved this collaboration between the Football Association and the Alzheimer's Society to raise awareness of dementia and what we often see – people can still live well after the diagnosis. It is and will be part of all our lives. We can see the power of sport for physical movement, social connection and memory reminiscences.
