Using state of the art Balanced Body Studio Equipement, Annabelle tailors each Pilates lesson to the specific needs of your body. She also provides small group matwork classes in your own home. It’s great that people are starting to understand that Pilates is more than matwork with the increasing popularity of reformer classes but there is even more wonderful equipment to challenge and support your Pilates practice.

PLEASE EDUCATE PEOPLE THAT PILATES IS NOT ONLY REFORMER.
I hate this fashion & commercial Reformer moment. The Reformer is a great piece of equipment but it's just one of the wonderful Pilates inventions. It's not true that the real Pilates is on the Reformer, not true that you obtain more from working there, not possible to help any Body to improve just by using it. REAL PILATES is working with all pieces of equipment. Each one of them has something special. Many movements can be performed on different apparatus but the Teacher should put the student on the one which is the best for that body.
