In the last 3 weeks my members have lost 426 pounds!

A massive congratulations to my Wednesday evening and Thursday morning members who have lost 176 pounds between them since returning last week🎉🎉🎉

2 members achieved there half stone award in there first week, a 4 stone award, 2 club 10 awards, a 2 stone award, two 1 and a half stone awards and one member achieved his 5 and a half stone award and dream target award❤️
