My name's Emma, I am a certified level 4 Advanced Clinical Massage therapist, and Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor. I also have a diploma in sports nutrition, as well as 25 years gym-based experience. I’m based in Portsmouth (U.K.) .

My philosophy is to offer *affordable sports massage* treatment so that clients can afford REGULAR MAINTENANCE, to ensure fast RECOVERY and better PERFORMANCE: being a keen long distance runner myself, I know how important this is! 💯

My therapy is suitable not only for amateur and professional athletes, but also for 💻office workers, people struggling with pain😫 or recovering from an injury, and for everyone looking for relaxation or stress relief 🧘‍♀️
