the Fishermens Mission is running two SeaFit Events in South Wales.

November 6th in Aberystwyth, by the RNLI Station

November 7th in the Williams Marine (Welsh lobster Co) on the Quayside in Milford Haven.

These events will bring together a range of different healthcare providers, including a Dental Van which will be able to provide some basic dental treatment on the day.

The services are available to all active Fishermen, retired fishermen and their families so if you have any health issues or support needs, do feel free to come along and see what support is available either from the Mission or any of the providers attending.

This week we're putting our wonderful Welsh GI food & drink on the menu 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Today's recipe has been created by Douglas Balish, The Grove of Narberth. Douglas has prepared an Atlantic Edge Pembrokeshire Rock Oyster with Carmarthen Ham PGI and Single Malt Welsh Whisky PGI. He's suggested pairing the dish with Aber Falls Single Malt Welsh Whisky PGI.
