A 2016 scientific review 🤓 found acupuncture to be effective 🙌 in treating anxiety 😬
Included in this review was a study which randomised 120 patients and found that acupuncture 📍 had a large effect on reducing anxiety and depression 🙁 compared to conventional treatment involving biomedical 💊 approaches, with over twice the reduction in symptoms 👏
