🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month – October 🎀

Checking your breasts regularly is one of the best ways to spot early signs of breast cancer. Most changes won’t be cancer, but it’s always important to get anything unusual checked.

👉 What to look out for:
• A lump or swelling in the breast, chest or armpit
• Changes in size, shape or feel of the breast
• Skin changes such as dimpling, puckering or redness
• Changes in the nipple (inverted, discharge, rash)
• Persistent pain in the breast or armpit

🔎 A simple breast self-check can make a big difference. Use diagrams and guides to help – and if you notice anything that doesn’t feel normal for you, speak to a clinician.
