On 11th July 2026, Kate will be completing a 13-mile hike in support of Cancer Research UK, a cause that touches so many lives and continues to make a real difference through vital research and support.

✨ Values in Action at Bonhomie House

This is Katie delivering her powerful “Do You See What I See?” training to the management team at Bonhomie House 💛 The session is lived-experience led and brings real insight into how care can feel from a resident’s perspective.

Through immersive scenarios, teams explore experiences such as:
• What it feels like to be hoisted
• Being supported with feeding when blind
• Navigating loud internal voices while being asked to follow instructions

Katie has poured so much passion into designing this training, helping to build empathy and understanding, and we’re incredibly proud of the impact it’s already having. She’ll be delivering it more widely alongside Clinical Manager Mel this Spring. 👏 Thank you, Katie - keep raising the bar for person-centred care.
