Ladies (and gents that may book appointments for their loved ones) can I please, please, please ask that you only book appointments with me via my book now link, please DO NOT just search for me on the Fresha marketplace if you haven’t been to me before.

I am having issues with Fresha taking money from me for clients that have not been to me before but originally came across me and my business on Facebook but who then go onto the Fresha Marketplace to look me up and book an appointment.

Fresha consider this as them finding me a client and they charge me a huge 20% of the treatment booked. For a small business, this is quite a hit!

I am considering changing booking providers but isn’t something I can rush into so in the meantime, please advise anyone you may be purchasing a voucher for to only book their appointment either by messaging me or by my book now link.
