💤 Restorative Yoga 💤

My Pre-Christmas Restorative Special is my favourite of the year 💚

✨ Chair Yoga Retreat ✨

The end to my 2025 retreats was just as special as the rest 💕

As I got to treat my wonderful Chair Yogis to a full day of flow, food and fun 🤗

We moved, we ate and chatted so much that we were actually late to Yoga 😆

And we ended by learning the ancient art of Mandala drawing ✍🏼 (so addictive)

This bunch always get stuck into anything I throw at them and I love being part of this community 🥰

📣 Shout out to for the most beautiful tea set

📣 Shout out to my family for all their help in the kitchen to make afternoon tea. And put up with all the mess 🙈

✨ Yoga-versary ✨

5 years and counting since I qualified as a Yoga Teacher! 🎉 And how life has changed since then!

From classes on Zoom to in-person mat and Chair Yoga
From day retreats in Hampshire to abroad retreats in Spain
From having 1 student in class to teaching 62 just today

It’s been unpredictable. It’s been emotional. It’s been freakin awesome.
