Thank you July ☀️ 🙏

July saw some great weather ☀️some awesome travels 🧳 and some amazing appointments with our JSC members.

July seemed smooth with lots going on “to plan” loads of referrals 🙏, and a feeling we are moving on to something big when those winter months hit us 🤫.

Looking forward to August with new partnerships ever evolving ⚽️, and sure lots of families coming in to get their Summer tune ups 🙌

Morning steps 👣

Morning walks are and excellent way to hit out goals

Gets you up and moving before a long work day often comprised of sitting helping you hit those 10,000 steps

Regular walks will help ease muscle tension keeping you loose and mobile

It helps to clear the mind before the day ahead putting you in a positive headspace 😌

Listen up 🦻, new appointment alert 🚨

We were super happy to see lots of our JSC members make use of the initial sports massage offer with Ivan with our members being so pleased with the results of their sessions 💪.

We know that an hour for a sport massage can be a little long for some people so we have decided to create new appointments for our members who’d like a shorter more condensed sports massage

30 minutes , perfect for those on the go during the day or people wanting a hot and heavy 🔥 massage to 1 - 2 body areas.

45 minutes - a nice middle ground for members who’d like longer than 30 but find an hour a touch too long

60 minutes - those members who want “the works” and want 60 minutes of Ivan magic ✨

No matter what session you decide you can be sure to get a 1st class service getting Chandlers Ford and Eastleighs NO #1 sports massage

We had work experience students from local college Barton Pevril attend our office to learn and understand more about Chiropractic

Joel and Katie ensured they were on top form to show them why Chiropractic is the GO TO profession and and awesome career to help improve peoples quality of lives 🙌❤️
