Yesterday some of us went to see Spanish galleon at Ocean Village, where we saw a Spanish galleon (yo ho ho 🏴‍☠️). Afterwards we went to the Sea City Museum where we managed to track down a relative from the Titanic! 😮🛳

Jakester's Thrive updates 😎🤩

The Windward Summer Fair was a great success! 😁 Not only did we have such a great turnout, but we also raised a whooping £3451 💵 for The Windward Foundation, a charity that Windward runs to help people that come to all the Windward Day Services to help them pay towards holidays and/or equipment they may need to help them.

There were plenty of stalls including gardening 🌷 Hook-A-Duck 🦆 and even a sponge throwing stall 🧽 and yes, I did manage to get Joe myself a few times (even if he did try to cheat by moving further away 😂).

There was also a raffle 🎫 and some performances from the Spiral Steppers, a dance group from one of our other day services Spiral Blue 💃

Here's to hoping for many, many more Summer Fairs for years to come 😁
