Saying goodbye can also mean saying Hello 👋

From next week, Tuesday evening class will sadly close but as a way to try to be a little more efficient & streamlined (this does not come naturally to my neurospicy brain 🤪!), I'm offering a BRAND NEW CLASS starting Mon 3rd Nov at 6:15pm.

The later class is now always fully booked so this gives some movement to anyone looking for any earlier class which frees up some space in the later one for those that can't get it!

FIRST CLASS IS FREE ✨
If you've not yet tried my classes, your first class is free so come try it out, meet our friendly yogi's & relax in the lovely new studio inside Ampfield Meadows Wellbeing centre. And, in summer, we head outside for sunset yoga 🌄 🙌 Just the best!

🇲🇦 Ohhh, take me Back!! I loved sharing my experience of Marrakech through my creative yoga classes the other week! Seems lots of you loved it too! I get to re-live my travels & it sparks so much passion in me about how I translate this into teachings so that you too can feel like you've been there ✨ And it makes me want to go back to Marrakech right now! So vibrant, colourful, warming, just like in Aladdin 🧞‍♀️!! it's magical !

So excited to be going back in March with my first abroad retreat! Eeeek!!

So where am I taking you in class this week?? It starts with a 'B' can be freezing cold in parts, & hot & humid in others... 🤔 Add your guess in the comments
