goPhysio get ready for Marwell 10k

goPhysio from Chandlers Ford are getting ready for the Marwell 10K 2025 on 28 September. Here you can see some of the goPhysio team - Kate, Angie, Roz, Sophie, Francesca and Emily in their Zebra ears.

Many runners will be delighted that they will again be providing their amazing massages for runners before and after the race together with help and advice. Booking slots will be released in a weeks time -with a few places also available on the day.

Fiona Moir from goPhysio said, "We are really looking forward to supporting the Marwell 10k, being part of the day and also helping runners in the lead up to the event."

Hi, I'm Emily 👋🏼

I’ve recently graduated from the University of Gloucestershire as a qualified physiotherapist, and am excited to begin putting my skills into practice. Alongside my degree, I’ve gained additional qualifications in netball coaching, gym instructing and have a Level 3 diploma in sports massage. I’m passionate about developing my clinical knowledge further so I can provide patients with the high-quality, personalised care they deserve.

I love meeting new people, finding out what motivates them and being part of their recovery journey- no matter what brings them in. Helping someone reach their goals and feel more confident in their body is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Outside of work, I’m a keen netball player and have been playing since the age of eight years old. I also enjoy hiking, cooking, going to concerts and spending quality time with my friends and family.
