This is my friend Laura Carnell. She has an incredible depth of knowledge when it comes to our relationship with food. Through her workshops and one-to-one sessions, she helps you uncover the patterns that keep you stuck in unhelpful cycles—and shows you how to break free from them.

How well did you sleep last night?
Are you starting the new week recharged and ready to go or wishing you could have had an extra couple of hours sleep?
