Thank you for following my new page.

After 14 years as a surf coach and 13 years as a personal trainer, this year I will be a qualified sports massage therapist and strength and conditioning coach.

This page is where I will be advertising my services and branding myself as a holistic coach.

Surfing is the main focus however, I am more than happy to help anyone in need of a boost and expertise with getting their bodies in shape amd living a more active and pain free life.
