East Hampshire District Council in partnership with Dementia Friendly Petersfield have published their 2024 dementia directory for people who have been affected by a recent diagnosis of dementia.

The period following a diagnosis of dementia can be a terribly worrying and confusing time. The key thing that people affected by a diagnosis can do is seek out help from the wide range of support groups that operate in the district.

The directory includes:

Easy to use advice with checklists to ensure you can keep track of the steps you’ve taken.
