Ever thought of trying Pilates but not sure where to start? I have just the course for you!
Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
Over a 6-week course I will help you will learn the basic techniques. The pace is slow and the classes are small, allowing for individual attention, correction and adaptation where necessary.
