π§Water. Something so simple, yet essential. We recommend people drink 2 -3 litres of water daily, more when it's hot or you're exercising.
π§Plain water, (not tea, coffee, juice, or cordial) helps to flush toxins out of our system, keeps our joints lubricated and cushioned, keeps our eyes, nose, and mouth moist and actually helps regulate our body temperature. We use water every time we blink, talk, exhale, so it's important to keep topped-up.
π§As the weather warms (hopefully), it can be easier to increase our water intake. Room temperature water is best rather than from the fridge and always still, not sparkling.
