I can honestly say the vibe at the circle today was just wonderful. If you've not been to one of these events, I would highly recommend it. ❤️

Fabulous food. Fabulous company. Great venue. 🌱

The drum circle this evening was powerful and energising. Mustafa lead the group with jembe drums and there were five of us at the back with our frame drums. 🪘

I'm soo looking forward to tomorrow evening to drum some more. This time myself and Karen will be leading.✨

🌕 Circle Gathering ~ An Evening of Connection, Community, and Creativity!

⭕ Join us at the Spring Bank Arts Centre in New Mills, for a soulful evening of warmth, creativity, and deep connection.

🌹 We’ll share cacao, food, stories, music, movement, creative expressions, and rest - weaving together community, creativity, and care.

❤️ Expect a heartfelt journey through sharing circles, Kirtan, spoken word & open mic, a drum circle, an open jam, meditation, and a creative corner with an artist from new mills delivering workshops, allowing grounding and creative flow✨

Everyone is welcome — come as you are, bring your open heart, and be part of something truly special.

It's been a blast this weekend.🔥

12 guests, twice daily yoga, hikes, hot tub, sunshine, massages, chats and wholesome vegetarian food. Bliss. My heart is full ❤️

Last yoga practice this morning before we farewell and prepare for the next guests to arrive for our midweek retreat. 🧘‍♂️

I love practicing and teaching yoga. 🕉️

I love helping people connect with the understanding that Yoga is more than exercise. 🌱

I'll be back on Friday for my regular class in Chinley.

Then taking a short pause from retreats to support my children through GCSEs and A levels. 🙏

Next Friday I am away hosting two Adventure Yogi retreats at the stunning Peak District location near Carsington Water. 🌞

🌷 Retreat one spans the weekend and will encompass a 10k hike in the local area and a lovely rest day to enjoy massage therapies delivered by myself or the on-site therapist, Holly. There will be opportunities to read a book settle in the outside space, use the hot tub and just generally chill. 🕉️

🌹Retreat two runs from Monday to Friday and will encompass two 10k hikes in the local area plus a rest day in between. ✨

For both retreats I will be offering my signature drum meditation with Reiki which invites relaxation and a gentle journey. 🔥

With twice daily yoga we will practise energising flows in the morning and restorative flows in the evening. All peppered with some meditation, pranayama and yogic philosophy and stories. 🧘‍♂️

My yoga is taught gently and calmly with a grounding focus so that we can truly yoke the mind, body and spirit - the sole purpose of yoga.⭕

Our wonderful on-site chef Hayley will be preparing nutritious and delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine. 🌱

There are still a couple of spaces available for booking across both of the retreats. 🫶

For some, a 4 day weekend is a gift. 🎁

For others, the break from routine can bring chaos as we have space, without distraction, and uncomfortable feelings can arise 🤯

This was me for years - and sometimes still is.🌷

Just for today, I ask you to hold tender whatever feelings arise for you today. ❤️

No judgement. Just being present to whatever thoughts and feelings are with you in the moment.🤗

And if you feel pulled towards more peace this evening, I'm offering my monthly Nidra meditation at 9pm. ⭕

This month's theme is heart focussed linked with a gentle spring emergence. 🌱

I've been a bit quiet on social media this week. 🤫

Start of Easter holidays and feeling my way through new training (more to come later..) has left me offline and reflective. 🌷

Today I'm privileged to be offering some 1:1 Reiki sessions 🌞

Therapies are available THURSDAY at Riverside right up until Yoga at 5:30pm🧘‍♂️

My gift is that I offer everything intuitively. 🔥

From the moment you book, I'm feeling into your energy to work out whether it's appropriate to use crystals, sound, fragrance or anything else as part of the session.❤️

If you've ever wondered what Reiki is and might feel like, come and give it a try. 🫶

And if Reiki doesn't offer that pull, a luxury Indian Head Massage will. 🙌

This deeply relaxing treatment works with the back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands as well as the head - with an option to include a face massage.✨
