I'd like to introduce myself and my yoga style. ποΈ
I'm Natasha, a wife and mum of two living in Chapel en le Frith. β€οΈ
I've been practising yoga since 2002 and completed my 200 hour Integral Hatha Yoga teacher training in India in 2023 with Skylight Yoga.π
I completed Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ariel Yoga teacher training across 2024. And I am currently in the process of completing an Embodied and Somatic yoga teacher training. β
Yoga for me has always been a way of breaking free from the noise of the world and settling into myself. That Union of body, mind and spirit. β¨
π§ββοΈI teach yoga regularly on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
π§ββοΈ I provide cover to teachers at The Yoga Den in Buxton
π§ββοΈ And I work for Adventure Yogi hosting retreats.
My classes are rooted in the foundation of Integral Hatha yoga and I weave in elements of Yin for stillness and Somatic movement and feminine form Kundalini for building energy or release.
My classes offer options to either soften a pose or provide challenge, depending on what your body needs that day.π
I actively encourage intuitive movement. I am there to lead, guide, support and hold space for you during class.
My next two retreats are at Carsington Water at Millfields Farm on 17-20 April and 20-24 April. This wonderful rustic location is a former pub. The rooms are well proportioned and the property is sited within walking distance of the Carsington Water visitor centre.
Please contact me If you'd like more information on regular classes or retreats π«Ά
See you on the mat π§ββοΈ
