Helen from Visiting Angels Fylde Coast and Jacqueline from Visiting Angels East Dorset & Hampshire have made it to the final 12- a showcase of the most talented caregivers in the UK .

They’re heading to Birmingham to perform LIVE in front of celeb judges and an excited audience... but they need your cheers to bring the trophy home.
