Back to reiki💚 For the past couple of months
I haven’t had any love for holding treatments.

When you have your own challenges happening you don’t have much empathy for others and it impacts everything.

Since then I have learnt how to rest, consistently doing my hobbies, surrounded myself with people who uplift me.

I am back to myself and funnily enough my passion for reiki is back. And I’ve missed working with you all!

This is my reminder to you that you may have seasons of darkness but the light always comes back. 💫

With the dark gloomy weather I thought I would share some Reiki love 💛

For those who are new here, I have been practising and teaching Reiki professionally for over 5 years. It isn’t just a part time job, it is a big passion of mine. I thrive from seeing people grow into their potential and go after what they deserve!

droplets of life..🌱December often feels like a rush, but think of it as the quiet end of a cycle before the energy of the new year starts again.

Here are some prompts that have brought me clarity:

* Who or what have you genuinely outgrown and need to release before the year ends?
* Which of your daily habits are subtly draining your energy?
* Are you experiencing true fulfillment across all major areas of your life?
* Beyond self-care, how can you consistently show up for your own needs?
* What relationships, routines, or projects are truly serving your highest good?
* What does your soul need more of right now?

Physically, this month can be overwhelming, leading to burnout. What is helping me right now:

* Physical Declutter: Bin or donate everything that is old, broken, unusable, or simply taking up space. Start small!

* Digital Detox: Delete unneeded apps, old photos, irrelevant chats, and anything that is no longer aligned with where you are going.

* Schedule Rest Intentionally: Instead of trying to cram everything in, set specific, non-negotiable dates for a hobby, seeing friends, and genuine rest, off your phone.

* Close the Loop: Finish that small ongoing project, task, or commitment you’ve been putting off. Clearing that mental clutter will make the new year feel instantly lighter.

What a wonderful morning spent with these beautiful souls at today's Somerset Meetup. ✨️

We welcomed two new ladies into the community; Sophie at Beabouthealth
and, Bethan at All About You. 🩷

It was lovely to hear about each others businesses and specifically support three ladies with their challenges and opportunities. The power of the experience and creativity in the room - right there! 🙌

Hey lovely people, I have a few dates remaining for my reiki training this year, and some for January.

I know training can feel overwhelming sometimes but the day I have created is super chill, cosy, and learning reiki is easy to learn, you do not need any experience or knowledge to participate. (Online & in-person)!

I am so grateful for the 3 students I have trained this year already, I’m excited for their journeys! 🌈

Yesterday was lovely to connect with new & regular practitioners at the clinic, we really do have some kind souls who practise here and I’m proud to be apart of it! (And those who new people booked in for reiki) 🤗

For anyone who hasn’t tried classes yet, you should!

For quite some time I haven’t been able to relax and my emotions have been overwhelming to handle by myself.

Portia created such a safe space, I was able to breathe through heaviness and can breathe more freely without tightness.
