This week we had Ed Spencers lovely ST180 ecoboost converted mk5 Fiesta in for a turbo back twin silencer system in stainless, to help keep within trackday noise limits. A really well built car, with an OEM looking engine bay!! Cars a credit to you Ed.
A true 3” downpipe then tapered into 23/4” for the remainder of the system. All fully purge welded with repackable silencers

The first of a batch of Ariel Motor Company titanium systems left us this week, bound for an Atom 4r that I believe is going overseas. These systems have been a while in the making, but we’re really happy with how they have turned out. A massive thanks to Performance Tube Products for their help in supplying materials, and helping with the design work also.
Its a real honour our small little fab shop in sleeply Somerset has been given this opportunity, long may it continue.
I Truly love working with titanium, sometimes its a real challenge but very rewarding at the same time!!

Dream car right here!!! Jay Stanleys beautiful mk2 es**rt rally car running a KGP Engineering engine. Weve built a complete 2 silencer system on the car to the engine builders specs.
The car has been built by the guys down at Historic Motorsport SW Ltd, and is a truly stunning build!! A real honor to be asked to build this system

This weeks been a mostly twinshock motocross week!! With this pair of JHR - John hand racing framed bikes having stainless steel systems built for them.

The part built bike is Stephen Coulson and his dads JBR Honda replica which weve built a system to replicate the orignal design.

The second is Nathan Palmer’s CCM Rotax replica, built in homage to his dad.

Both lovely bikes, looking forward to seeing them on track very soon!!

This week we had a class4 Mirca in from Dean Smith for a complete exhaust system in stainless steel, and built to specs supplied by Exon Race Engines.
The system was all mandrel bent and purge welded as per with all of our exhausts.

Sam Smiths stunning Yamaha FZ750r racebike has been a guest in the workshop here for a little while. Weve built him a complete system in stainless, to replicate as close as possible the period correct exhaust system. Weve also built a couple of extra silencers to help with different noise levels at various tracks around the world.
A truly stunning bike, built by Sam and his dad to a biblical standard, a real honour to be asked to work on such a lovely bike!!

Will Offens bonkers crazy Honda fireblade engined grasstrack sidecar built by John at JHR racing, is the latest job to leave the workshop. We fabricated a complete exhaust system in stainless including one of our titanium silencers. We also fabricated a small radiator to aid with cooling.
Think you may need to be slightly mad to ride one of these things!!
