Workshops and retreats Founder of Zoga Yoga. The Wednesday 18.45 to 19.45 class is Hatha Yoga suitable for all abilities, including beginners. The 8pm class is a Flow Yoga class, a more dynamic style of yoga. This class is for anyone who has experience of yoga or who has a reasonable fitness level. We're going to be strengthening and releasing hips this week, who's in?

Classes in the usual places:

Monday morning 11am in Chard. In the evening at 6.45pm at Donyatt.

Tuesday 9.30am in Ilminster and 6.45pm in Chard.

Wednesday 9.15am in Tatworth. Then 5.30pm and 6.45pm in Donyatt.

Thursday 9.15am in Jordans Courtyard, then Chair Yoga at 11am in Chard.

As we move from the bright, active energy of autumn into the quieter, more reflective season of winter, this week’ classes will focus on slowing down, softening, and grounding.

Giving your body and mind a bit more care as the days get colder and darker.

Think cosy, calm, and nourishing rather than pushing or rushing.

If you’re feeling a bit tired, tight, or just “off” with the change in season, these practices will help you settle back into yourself.

All the usual classes are on in Chard, Donyatt and Ilminster.

A bit of stretching, balancing and relaxing 🧘☺️

I've recovered from my cold, so all classes are back to usual.

As it's the 1st Thursday of the month there won't be any Chair Yoga, that is back on next week.
