Workshops and retreats Founder of Zoga Yoga. The Wednesday 18.45 to 19.45 class is Hatha Yoga suitable for all abilities, including beginners. The 8pm class is a Flow Yoga class, a more dynamic style of yoga. This class is for anyone who has experience of yoga or who has a reasonable fitness level. Lovely feedback from one of my students after our focus on the psoas muscle last week. Who else felt better in their hips?

This week we’re deepening our work with the psoas, the deep core muscle that connects your spine to your legs and holds a lot more tension than we realise.

Expect slow, grounding movement, gentle strength, hip release and breathwork to bring balance and ease through your centre.

Your hips and lower back will thank you 💛

Unfortunately I have a funeral this week, so there are less classes.
You can join me on:
Monday in Chard at 11am and Donyatt at 6.45pm.
Tuesday in Ilminster at 9.30am and Chard at 6.45pm
Wednesday in Tatworth at 9.15am.

This week in yoga we're focusing on our psoas muscles.
It's a big muscle that connects your spine to your legs and is good for posture.
It can hold a lot of tension, both physically and emotionally.

Join me to gently release and restore this deep core muscle, easing hips, lower back, and nervous system.

Who's in for boosting their circulation this week?

That may mean some cardio inducing sequences. But just as likely to be a good old Legs Up the Wall 😊

As well as getting our blood, lymph and energy moving with various poses and sequences. I'll be incorporating some relaxing postures and breathwork to soothe your nervous system and leave you feeling so relaxed.

Are you looking for a way to move, stretch and feel better in your body and your mind?
Come and join me at the Crowshute Centre, I have several classes, designed to suit all abilities.

Gentle Yoga is great for older beginners.

If you can't get up and down from the floor, then Chair Yoga is perfect. It's a mix of easy stretches, some standing poses, using the chair for support and guided relaxation.

If you need to unwind after work, then Hatha on a Tuesday evening is great for that.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, these sessions are a lovely way to build strength, release tension, and find a little calm in your week.

After a busy and emotional few weeks of moving home and a sudden family bereavement. I’m ready to come back to the mat with you in a gentle way.

This week’s classes will be light, soothing, and easy, giving us all the chance to reset and begin again.

Just like the start of a new school term, we’ll take things step by step: mindful moves, calming breathwork, and simple stretches to help body and mind feel nourished.

It’s the perfect way to ease back into rhythm and welcome a sense of renewal. I can't wait to get back into a routine on the mat with you.
